Rwanda's Southern Province is blessed with perfect coffee growing conditions that include high altitude, regular rainfall, volcanic soils with good organic structure and an abundance of Bourbon coffee trees. All coffee beans are hand-sorted to ensure the best quality.

The Simbi Washing Station is located in the Huye District of Rwanda's Southern Province and helps 1500 small coffee farmers to process their high-quality Red Bourbon varieties.
