Chill Out Single origin - Colombia, Decaf



Chill out is a coffee with an unforgettable taste and aroma, but without caffeine. It is extracted with fresh water and ethyl acetate obtained from sugar cane naturally. After repeated washing of the beans in the extraction machines, it is possible to eliminate almost 100% of the caffeine. The ethyl acetate residue is removed by a thorough bath in fresh water and the beans are then dried in vacuum drums.
These processes do not affect the superb taste of the coffee, which combines the slightly tart aroma of plums with chocolate notes and a slight hint of smoked apricots. The drink features a full-bodied creamy body, low acidity and an elegant aroma that you wish you could feel at any time of the day.
